This policy explains the limited information Entry Tidy may process when you visit entrytidy.com or contact us by email.
Information processed automatically
Our hosting infrastructure may record standard technical data such as IP address, requested URL, browser type, timestamp, response status, and security events. This data supports delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and site security.
Analytics and cookies
Entry Tidy uses Google Analytics 4, configured through Site Kit by Google, to understand aggregate traffic and content performance. Google Analytics may process page URLs, referring pages, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, interaction events, and pseudonymous identifiers. Google states that Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.
Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish browsers and sessions. We do not use Analytics to collect names or email addresses, and Entry Tidy does not currently run advertising or affiliate-tracking scripts. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking Analytics cookies should not prevent access to Entry Tidy’s public articles.
Essential WordPress and cache data
WordPress may set essential cookies for administrators who log in. LiteSpeed Cache may use technical cache-related data to deliver pages efficiently. Public comments and public user registration are disabled.
If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer the inquiry, review a correction, handle a rights request, or maintain necessary business records. Do not send sensitive personal information.
Sharing and service providers
Hosting, security, cache, email, and analytics providers may process limited information when needed to provide their services. Google may process Analytics data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and international processing
Technical logs, analytics information, and correspondence are retained only as long as reasonably needed for measurement, security, troubleshooting, legal obligations, or the purpose of the conversation. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.
